Due to the unique characteristics, activities, and needs of our rural areas, the carsharing model was recognized as one of the most feasible transportation solutions for the southwest New Brunswick region. The carshare transport model promotes effective vehicle usage and cost-sharing opportunities among members. The shared usage time of the electric vehicles results in an effective reliable transportation service that members can have on an as-needed basis. Since members are carsharing, the transportation cost is divided among users and will significantly reduce individual transport expenses.
