Thank you so much for your interest to be a member of the Project : Village Car Share program. We are not yet quite done with your application. There are still some things we needed to do to complete your submission.
I. Submit your Documents
If you are an individual applicant, kindly send to this email address (info@projectvillage.ca) the copies (scan or image) of the following documents:
Valid Driver's License
Driving records (Driver's Abstract)
Police Clearance
If you are applying under your organization, kindly send to this email address (carshare@projectvillage.ca) the copies (scan or image) of the following documents:
Endorsement Letter from Employer
Valid Driver's License
II. Create your SAUVéR Account
While waiting for your application assessment results, you can prepare and start creating your own SAUVéR Account. You may click on this link and follow the instructions to start creating your online account - SIGTIC (sauver-system.com).
Please take note that your SAUVéR Account still needs to be reviewed and approved before you can access the ride-booking feature of this platform. For now, the account you create is under pre-registered status.
What's Next?
We will contact you as soon as the evaluation process is complete for your application. Please take note that the lead time for our membership application processing takes 2-3 days, however, this may be extended if the application requires a longer assessment.
